Madelyn turns 90 !!

Our sister in law Madelyn turned 90 and her family threw her a party! The California part of the family sends our love and best wishes to this wonderful lady. Madelyn holds a special part in my heart being she's the one who introduced me to Cele. I worked with Madelyn in a shoe store in Rochester and when she left to have a baby, Cele (her sister in law) got her job. The rest is history after almost 63 years of marriage. Thanks to our niece Irene (Roke) for sharing some of the party pictures with us. It was great to see all the generations of family we have back east.

The Florida/California Family Reunion

Here's some shots from yesterday. As always, click on the pictures to get a larger version. Nancy and Jody have been putting the miles on their rental car hitting Yosemite, Tahoe, San Francisco and Napa. On Wednesday they're site seeing on their way to Long Beach for their cruise to Mexico. Liz has got another week of perfect weather (70's & 80's by day) with us here in central California and the fall colors are so pretty. Spring and Fall are California's best seasons.
