A trip to Scott's house

While Liz was in California, we took a trip up to Scott and Amy's house.

New Patio Cover

This summer we put a new solid cover over our patio out back. Our granddaughter Michelle and her husband Bill did most of the work, but I helped a little too. We're hoping to use the patio more being it's shadier and drier (in the winter)..just waiting for the heat wave (and mosquitos with the West Nile Virus threats) to calm down.



Ta-da....all done!

Our granddog Maggie is coming to visit with us for the week.

Visit from Liz

Cele's sister Liz flew out from Florida for a two week visit. Although the weather was 100+ each day, we had a nice visit, took in some sites and spent time with the family.
